Collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data are raised only if you submit these in the context of your goods order, with opening of a customer account or with registration for our newsletter. We use the data without your separated consent, communicated by you, exclusive for the fulfillment and completion of your order. With full completion of your order and complete purchase price payment your data will be locked for further use. After expiration of the law regulations your data will be deleted, unless you consented expressly to the further use of your data. During registration to our newsletter your name and your E-Mail address will be used with your consent for our own advertising purposes, until you log out yourselves from the newsletter.

Passing on of personal data

A passing on of your data takes place to deliver your goods to the transporting company, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For the completion of payments we pass your payment data on to the Bank assigned for the payment.

Use of Cookies

During your visit in our Online-Shop, with the call of certain sides a session Cookie will be set on your computer. This is a small text file, which is deleted automatically by your computer after you exit the Internet- Browser. This file serves exclusively to be able to use certain applications, e.g. the goods basket system.

The personal data is transmitted coded via SSL over the Internet. We secure our Website and other systems by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, change or spreading of your data by unauthorized persons. The entrance to your customer account is possible only after input of your personal password. This password you should treat confidentially. You should also close the Internet-Browser after you have finished your communication with our Online-Shop.

Right of Information

After the Federal Law for Data Protection you have the right for free information over your stored data. You also have the right to ask for the deletion, correction or blockage of this data.

The following consent you gave through the order process. We would like to point out you that you can recall your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Opening of a customer account

I consent that with opening of a customer account inventory data (name, address, E-Mail, telephone number, and with separate consent: Bank account) and user data (user name, password) in a customer data bank to be stored. In this way I can order future purchases with a user name and password, without having to enter my data again. I can recall this consent at any time with effect for the future, by deleting my customer account.
